These Buyer Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of RocketLinks to browse products and place orders through seller storefronts hosted on RocketLinks.

RocketLinks is operated by Shiprocket Merchant App Private Limited ("SRMPL", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing a RocketLinks storefront or placing an order through it, you agree to these Terms.

1. About RocketLinks

RocketLinks provides technology that enables sellers to create online storefronts, display products, accept orders and payments, and manage fulfilment.

The products displayed on RocketLinks are sold by independent sellers.

The contract for the purchase of a product is between you and the seller whose storefront you are purchasing from. SRMPL is not the seller of the products and is not a party to the underlying sale.

SRMPL may provide technology, payment collection, shipping and related services to support the transaction.

2. Seller Information

Before placing an order, you should review the product and seller information displayed on the relevant RocketLinks storefront.

The seller is responsible for:

  • Product descriptions and images
  • Product quality and authenticity
  • Product pricing
  • Product availability
  • Product specifications
  • Applicable warranties
  • Packaging
  • Returns and refunds
  • Buyer support
  • Compliance with applicable laws

If you have questions about a product, you may contact the seller through the contact options available on the storefront.

3. Product Information

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the information displayed for their products is accurate and up to date.

Product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography, lighting, screen settings or other factors.

You should review the product description, price, variants, quantity and other relevant information before placing an order.

4. Placing an Order

To place an order, you may be required to provide information such as:

  • Name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address, where applicable
  • Delivery address
  • Pincode
  • Product and quantity details
  • Payment information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided by you is accurate.

Once an order is placed, you may receive an order confirmation through the available communication channels.

An order may be cancelled or declined in accordance with the seller's applicable policies, applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

5. Pricing and Charges

The product price displayed at the time of purchase will generally be the price applicable to your order.

Any applicable delivery charges, taxes or other charges will be displayed during the checkout process, where applicable.

The seller is responsible for setting the product price and applicable product-related charges.

6. Payments

RocketLinks may support online payment methods and, where enabled, Cash on Delivery.

Online payments may be processed through authorised payment infrastructure used by SRMPL.

You must provide accurate payment information and use a payment method that you are authorised to use.

SRMPL may process payment-related information to facilitate the transaction, refunds, reconciliation and other payment-related activities.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery may be fulfilled through shipping services arranged through RocketLinks or through the seller's own shipping arrangements.

Available delivery options and estimated delivery timelines may vary by seller, product and delivery location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including:

  • Seller processing time
  • Product availability
  • Courier operations
  • Weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Address or pincode issues
  • Other circumstances outside reasonable control

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided through the applicable communication channels.

8. Order Tracking and Notifications

You may receive transactional communications relating to your order, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipment or dispatch updates
  • Tracking information
  • Delivery updates
  • Delivery confirmation requests

These communications may be sent through available communication channels, including messaging services.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are primarily handled by the seller from whom you purchased the product.

The applicable return, cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the product and seller.

If you wish to request a return, cancellation or refund, you should contact the seller through the contact details provided on the storefront.

Where a refund is approved for a prepaid order, the refund may be processed to the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection or other applicable laws.

10. Buyer Support

The seller is responsible for answering product-related questions and handling buyer support relating to:

  • Product quality
  • Product specifications
  • Product usage
  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Cancellations
  • Product complaints
  • Other issues relating to the purchased product

You may use the "Ask the seller" or other contact options available on the seller's storefront.

SRMPL may assist with platform, payment or technology-related issues where applicable.

11. Delivery Issues and Disputes

If an order is not delivered, is damaged, or there is another delivery-related issue, you should first contact the seller through the available contact information.

The seller is responsible for resolving buyer-facing issues relating to the product and the sale.

Where SRMPL receives information regarding a delivery dispute, SRMPL may review available delivery information or evidence as part of its service and payment processes.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not use RocketLinks to:

  • Conduct fraudulent transactions
  • Provide false information
  • Use another person's payment method without authorisation
  • Abuse refunds or returns
  • Attempt to manipulate transactions
  • Interfere with the operation or security of RocketLinks
  • Use RocketLinks for unlawful purposes

SRMPL may restrict or block access where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

13. Intellectual Property

The RocketLinks platform, software, design, technology, branding and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to SRMPL.

Product images, brand names, logos and other seller content remain the property of the respective seller or applicable rights holder.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify or commercially exploit platform content without appropriate permission.

14. Platform Availability

SRMPL aims to keep RocketLinks available and functional but does not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.

Access may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance, technical issues, security concerns, upgrades or circumstances beyond SRMPL's reasonable control.

15. SRMPL's Role

SRMPL provides the technology and services that support the RocketLinks transaction.

SRMPL does not:

  • Own the products listed by sellers
  • Manufacture or sell the products
  • Set product prices
  • Guarantee product quality
  • Provide product warranties unless expressly stated
  • Act as the seller's agent in the sale
  • Guarantee delivery timelines
  • Guarantee that a product will always be available

The seller remains responsible for the product and the underlying sale.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SRMPL shall not be responsible for losses arising directly from:

  • Product quality or defects
  • Product descriptions supplied by sellers
  • Seller conduct
  • Seller cancellations
  • Seller delays
  • Seller returns or refund decisions
  • Self-shipping arranged by the seller

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Privacy

Your use of RocketLinks is also governed by the RocketLinks Buyer Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, stored and shared.

18. Changes to These Terms

SRMPL may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated Terms will be published on the RocketLinks website or storefront.

Your continued use of RocketLinks after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

By accessing a RocketLinks storefront or placing an order through RocketLinks, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
